How is coaching different than therapy?

I believe coaching and counseling/therapy are complimentary. Coaching is defined by sessions that are structured, clearly focused on making forward progress, and ensuring you leave with realistic action steps. Unlike therapy -- we only use the past as context to inform our future decisions. Rather than digging into "why" it happened, we focus on "how" we can use what past learnings to inform what's next. While therapy often (but not exclusively) serves clients who are coping, coaching aims to work with those who are actively healing and thriving. Coaching also serves mentally healthy clients who want to learn processes and skills to coach themselves beyond the terms of their coach-client agreement.

What Exactly Is Holistic Coaching?

It is a style of coaching that empowers the "whole person" to reach his/her full potential. Much like a functional doctor addresses the body as a whole rather than hyper-focusing om a single area, holistic coaching helps you grow at the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels harmoniously.


The 10 Guiding Principles of Holistic Coaching: 

1. Transformation happens on the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical levels, taking the whole person into consideration.


2. Holistic Coaching believes that everything rests in a web of interconnectedness.

What Can I Expect After 3-6 Months?

In some cases, you can expect to become unrecognizable.  Not becuase you've become someone "new" or "better" -- but because you'll be living as someone who's had a few layers of "what didn't belong anymore" stripped away. Lighter, more free, armed with tools for self leadership, and without all the obstacles standing in your way to discern what's right for YOU or what you're creating anymore. From a practical standpoint -- you'll also leave with a clear plan for "what's next?" that extends beyond our time together.

Can I purchase single coaching or single Breathwork sessions?

Yes! If you're looking for stand-alone, use-as-you-go sessions, shoot me a quick email for fastest response.

What Is My Investment?

Individual and Creative Coaching starts at $650/month, and Executive coaching starts at $950/month.  


Single sessions can be purchased for $250/session, with multiple-session packages offered at discounted rates.  


Public speaking events are determined by hourly rate, including travel fees.
